ODBC driver settings for Medisoft  data and ThirdPartySync

To define an ODBC driver setup with Windows XP, goto Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Data Sources and add an ODBC User DSN  as illustrated below.  Other Windows operating systems have similar areas for defining ODBC data sources.  Note:  These instructions are for configuration for Medisoft prior to Medisoft Version 11.
